Client Testimonials

Don’t take our word for it! Here’s what our clients say.

“I know dogs can’t talk, but excitement and enthusiasm are easily seen. I have been so happy to see how excited our Remi gets when we leave him with Liz. He’s just as excited to go to her place as he is to see us when we return. Liz has done a great job caring for our boy. He gets plenty of attention and exercise and comes home happy. Way better than any kennel we’ve tried. I highly recommend Liz for your pet.”

Linda Montgomery

Remington’s Owner

“Prime Pet Care took care of my middle-aged pup for a weekend and they put her (and me) at total ease! They made sure all of her needs were met and that she felt at home. Excellent pet care. Would definitely recommend!”

Riyan VanCapelle

Nova’s Owner

“Liz and her family were so good to our dog, Cooper, while we were out of town! They met him before we left so he would feel comfortable with them and sent us pictures of him while we were away! They played with him and gave him so much attention, it was easy to relax and know he was being taken care of. We couldn’t recommend them enough!”

Meet the Caregiver

When people asked Liz Kazandzhy (kah-zahn-JEE) what she wanted to be when she grew up, she’d excitedly answer, “A dog!” When she realized that wasn’t feasible, she decided the next best thing was to spend her life taking care of dogs. So when she was 13, she launched a pet care business in her neighborhood. She had a very successful few years of taking care of cats and dogs, snakes and frogs, and even a hedgehog—so successful that she actually needed to pay taxes, which came as quite a shock to a young teenager!

Still, Liz was eager to have a dog of her own. But her parents were hesitant, worried that most of the responsibility would fall on them. Thankfully, Liz found a way around that when she learned about guide dogs for the blind. “If we train a guide dog,” she told her parents, “then I’ll be the one taking care of it! It’ll go to school with me and everything!” Thus began a 10-year journey of training 8 guide dogs for the blind, where she got to keep a pup by her side practically all the time, nearly everywhere she went. The only reason she stopped was because she started having human children and needed to focus on them.

Now that her kids are older, Liz is excited to continue her adolescent dream of running a pet care business. Whether it’s boarding dogs, walking dogs, or dropping in to take care of whatever animal you have, Liz will provide loving and attentive care for your furry (or not so furry) friends.

A Family Home for Your Family Dog

Please note that our boarding facility is our own home, complete with three kids aged 3 to 8. As such, we only board dogs who meet the following conditions:

— Good with children
— Housebroken
— Crate-trained
— Under 40 pounds
— Proof of up-to-date vaccinations
— Must come for a “Meet and Greet”

The children understand how to interact with dogs, and they love canines just as much as their mother does. They will provide lots of love, care, and playtime for your pup, helping them have a more fun and comfortable experience than you’ll find in any boarding kennel.

* Note: Due to licensing restrictions, we cannot board any dog for more than 14 consecutive days.

FAQ

Currently we provide services only in the City Center area of Eagle Mountain.
Yes, we love puppies! As long as they're housebroken, crate-trained, and good with children (our requirements for all dogs), we would love to watch your puppy!
Yes! Because we only board one client at a time, it's easy to keep your dog away from others to prevent any "accidents."
No worries! We only accept one boarding client at a time, so your pup won't have to interact with any other dogs while in our home. (There will be plenty of human interaction though!)
We require dogs to be crate-trained so they have a safe place to be during the times we're out of the house. That said, we're almost always home, so they won't be in their crate for long!
For boarding and drop-in visits, a 50% deposit is required to secure a booking. The remaining 50% must be paid before services begin. You will receive a full refund of your deposit if you cancel by 12:00 p.m. one week before the booking begins. If you cancel later than 12:00 p.m. one week before the booking begins, your deposit will not be refunded.
Yes! However, prices are slightly higher there to account for the 20% cut that the platform takes. That said, if you'd feel more comfortable booking on Rover, please do! Here's my profile link: https://www.rover.com/sit/lizk50036
